Michael Lyndon-James is a projects and infrastructure attorney based in New York. He is admitted to practice in New York and Australia. He brings international experience advising on the development, procurement, financing, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across North America and Australia, with a focus on transportation, social infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and energy transition. His work spans a wide range of delivery and financing structures, including public-private partnerships, alternative and progressive delivery models, and first-of-a-kind transactions, and he regularly advises developers, investors, lenders, underwriters and public-sector owners on high-profile, large-scale initiatives.
