Michael Lyndon-James is a Senior Associate in Ashurst’s Projects and Energy Transition practice in New York. He brings international experience advising on the development, procurement, financing, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across North America and Australia, with a focus on transportation, social infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and energy transition. His work spans a wide range of delivery and financing structures, including public-private partnerships, alternative and progressive delivery models, and first-of-their-kind transactions, and he regularly advises public owners, developers, investors, lenders, and underwriters on high-profile, large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
