Sally Bishop

Vice President of Events

Sally Bishop is a member of the Project Development team at ACS Infrastructure, where she supports the pursuit of large-scale public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects across North America. Her responsibilities include supporting the origination, evaluation, and advancement of infrastructure investment opportunities across the firm’s portfolio. In this role, she coordinates multidisciplinary teams throughout the project development lifecycle—from early feasibility analysis and commercial structuring through procurement and financial close—ensuring projects are technically robust, commercially competitive, and aligned with strategic objectives. Previously, Sally worked at EY-Parthenon within the Capital Projects Advisory Services group, where she supported public- and private-sector clients in the planning, delivery, and optimization of large-scale capital programs and infrastructure projects. Her experience included contributions to project and program management, cost and schedule controls, risk analysis, and governance frameworks across the full project lifecycle.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University and a Master of Engineering Management, with a focus on Construction Management and Real Estate, from Cornell University.
